Staff is very nice, wait isn’t too bad. But you have to know what you want and tell them what script to write. There are NO doctors, just one occasionally that you don’t get to see. They are great for referrals and colds, sprains, etc. So if you need more in dept care-better off going to the ER and plugging that poor system up.
I gave them chances to correct the billing errors, but they continue to ignore the issues. Charging for services NOT rendered, mistakes in health file, and it took three appointments for something that could’ve been done in one. Watch your statements, folks.
