Low gas prices
I've moved to the area recently and in my last 4 visits, have had to wait 5 minutes at least just to check out. They aren't able to handle more than one person checking out. My most recent checkout was the most frustrating, as the manager was standing next to me talking to a radio DJ, while his clerk was 6 customers deep. Why he didn't pause said conversation to handle his customers, I don't know. Your prices are high, and you customer service is low. I'll drive further.
