We had two different appointments to have our springs replaced. The first time, we were provided with a 2-hour arrival window. When no one arrived, I contacted the director, Tracey, who told me the crew was running late. Communication with a customer the team was running late would have been appreciated. Marathon Door to the rescue! Our garage door got stuck half way open, and we could not get it to budge at all, not even the override feature would work. We called Marathon door and someone was out at our home within 2 hours and fixed our door to perfect working condition at a very reasonable cost. We had recently moved into our home and even though this door was not installed by Marathon Door, we were treated as though we were long time customers and the service was exceptional.
