I've been a member for over 10 years. MCECU is truly where the staff members "know you by name". My daughter absolutely loves to stop inside with me to check out the treasure chest every visit. So many great experiences, MCECU has provided me with excellent service throughout the years!
Everyone here is welcoming and personable. They gave me a chance when no one else would & because of their help, I was able to buy a car, and go back to school. I have been a member here for 16 years. I have yet to have a poor experience! All of the staff have ALWAYS been very courteous, helpful, understanding, and the list could go on. I have had experiences with plenty of other banks, none of them have EVER came close to the quality of service I have received here.
