My 92-year-old mother was referred to Dr. Marat Reyzelman, who came highly recommended, by her primary care physician in early July 2025 for a critical evaluation. Over two months later, as of September 5, 2025, we have still been unable to make an appointment due to Wellstar’s disorganized and unprofessional handling. My needs fell into the exception due to allergies to medicines. Dr was able to think outside the box and deal with them effectively.

Dr. Reyzelman recommended I see a psychiatrist before I got beyond two symptoms in my list. I hope he is praying that I don’t have dementia. He might need it. He didn’t bother to read any of my background information. My psychiatrist has evidence that she faxed my records to Dr. Reyzelman. I brought a report with me from previous tests. Dr. Reyzelman referred to neither of them. He knew what he was going to say before he entered the room. WellStar has put referrals as the most important part of their care.
