Marat is knowledgeable about the different muscle groups and has completely transformed my adductor and hamstring issues. His approach of relaxing the body and using trigger point release has changed my workouts. I’m no longer in pain!
The atmosphere is relaxing and instantly takes away stress, even before the massage. The massage therapist is fantastic, and the massages themselves are calming and help with any stress or pain within the body. He even helped get rid of stress in minute areas that I wasn't aware was there!
