The worst service on earth ! Never again! i had appointment at 11 am , i dropped my car 10:45 , they said approx 1 or 2 hours to just to scan the car nothing else. I was waiting till 2:10 pm when finally i called them and the car still not ready not even touched . No apology from them and i had no choice but to pick up my car and leave after they waisted my all morning ! Why i need an appointment if they obviously overbooked ?? This is not a professional service at all what i expect from Alfa Romeo . Shame on you guys !
