Shout out to Matt, the service advisor. He is brilliant at his job. The technicians who carried out some warranty work for me did a great job as well. Everything was done in a timely manner. The Alfa Romeo waiting area is not the best, just a couple seats and a mini fridge. So I spent some time in the Maserati and Ferrari areas and all the staff were very welcoming there too.

Haven't had a great experience with the Services. Very irresponsible in terms of following up, taking service order, and overall customer satisfaction.... It's especially tragic as there are only a few representative that exists at the GTA for such a legendry carmaker.
Sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. Note: Like other review mentioned, you have to have an appoinemnt booked in advance in order to test drive the car.
