"Miranda Streit LPN made a mistake on her script for my MRI. I made an appointment to get a script for an MRI. I brought with me a past MRI that said there was a unknown mass in the pelvic region and I brought in an my X-Ray and showed her the area of concern on my hip. Then she wrote a script for the lower lumbar region. I asked if that will cover the hip and pelvis and she said yes.
