you could use: “I had a terrible experience with this seller. After buying a car from them, they offered to change the oil, but forgot to tighten the drain plug. As a result, all the oil leaked out, and my engine is now severely damaged. I do not recommend them at all.
We bought a car from them about 5 years ago. They was friendly then. We went back about 3 years ago & traded the car for a truck with them promising to pay off car. Still to this day it's in my name & I don't know where it is. I have people calling me up about a payment still. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOLE. THEY WILL SCREW YOU.
I purchased my vehicle back in April and they have now shut down and still have no title. I have contacted the Attorney General and opened a case.
