I would give them a 0 if I could. I took my grddtr for 2nd dose of vaccine. I waited almost 2hrs. During that time I could hear staff in the back, laughing, talking so much and loudly. And it made me question my waiting time? The med asst called us first then we waited...he was great!! Then student nurse practitioner saw us...then Dr Roseanna Harris saw us just to let us know they didn't have the vaccine. How is that possible that clinics don't know they don't have it? Excellent doctor. He takes the time to listen to you, and does his best to help. If he can’t he’ll refer you to a doctor who can. Excellent bedside manner.
have been trying to schedule an appt for a week. I wait for 10 minutes only to be hung up on. all I want is a refill for my prescription that I need badly.
