Great place! Such a welcoming environment! The staff was friendly and helpful. My chiropractor was personal and very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be coming back to try out their other services. This place is a bit of a hidden gem.

I had a wonderful experience at Marana Chiropractic. Dr. Nathan Gomez was so personable and took time to talk with me before starting which helped me feel comfortable. I got an adjustment and felt so much relief, and I decided to add on cupping which was $10 with my insurance. The adjustment is normally $52, but with my insurance it was $20. I’ve gone to Nathan Gomez often, and he consistently takes great care of me and my family. He’s professional, attentive, and really listens to what’s going on instead of rushing through appointments. We always leave feeling better and well cared for, highly recommend him!
