I ordered a belt online and was pleasantly surprised with how much communication I received from Morgan to ensure that the belt I ordered was going to fit me correctly. Over email, I gave them my measurements: current belt size, where the hole in my belt was located, et cetera, and they quickly figured out what size to make my belt and where to put the holes. Small, family-owned companies are a rare gem among today's mass-produced, cheaply made goods. Marakesh Leather offers a high-quality, custom-made product at an excellent price. My order arrived quickly in thoughtful packaging, with a complimentary keychain tucked in as a surprise. The craftsmanship and care are evident, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The best damn belt! Pure leather, custom fit, look great, and last for years. Don’t waste your money on any other belt.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a belt as gift, but right after I ordered it, I found out the would-be recipient no longer needed a belt. I requested cancellation of the order due to the change in circumstances, and they were friendly and immediately cancelled the order. I was really appreciative of their flexibility and good attitude. When it is time for me to buy another belt, I will be back!
