Facing an admin hiccup when I showed for my appointment with Taylor, only to find she wasn’t in that location that day, the staff was very helpful and spent lots of time trying to resolve my sense of inconvenience. Very pleased with my provider for doing a thorough annual checkup on my moles. I have so many moles and other growths that I don't know what's what. Also appreciate not having to wait in the waiting room or exam room too long before seeing my provider, PA-C Priscilla Yeon. She is so kind, friendly, and professional too.
Maragh has been the most consistently disorganized and frustrating medical experience I have ever had. I’ve had about five appointments undergoing a treatment, and there have been four MAJOR mistakes. First, I was prescribed a dosage way above what other doctors recommend, which made me pass out and gave me scarring all over my body that I am still dealing with. I'm glad I found this dermatologist. I found one closer to where I live but they had no immediate openings, so I came here. The lady who took my call was friendly and helpful and they had an opening the same day I called. I'm deaf and was pleasantly surprised that they set up a video ASL interpreter for me. That was impressive because most "medical" places have no clue how to deal with deaf patients, so evidently, someone there knew what to do.
