Small restaurant next to Safeway looks like a lot of Mexican restaurants with the fun floral murals and multicolored seats. The chunky juicy salsa with the chips was very fresh with a slight tang from the crush roasted peppers. The Sopa de Pollo was in a large bowl and much more filling than a pho and much better deal. Incredible staff and owners! We only come to Maracas for our Mexican food. Best salsa in Spokane. I even buy it for my house instead of store bought. Food is fresh, portions plentiful, and it tastes superb.
