Terrible customer service, the lady who answers the phone doesn't feel like working. I think it's amazing how someone like her has a job. I spent two applications each of 40 dollars waiting for an answer to which they never called me all called me 4 times so that at the last time the lady who answers the phone told me that the apartment is already rented, knowing that it is a lie, since my uncle is the one who lives in that apartment and is going to move until June 27.
