Very disappointed in this hospital system. Was very lost trying to find the appointment location and when I called for help they took 10 minutes to answer and were at a remote location. I was walking for 30 minutes to my apt from the parking garage. Come to find out i had walked the full length of the hospital and then was sent back and forth between 2 check in desks as one was "closed" at first. No customer service, dont waste your time trying to find a parking spot in the garage either. I had to park on the 3rd floor.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Beveridge. She is incredibly thorough and attentive to detail, which made me feel confident in her care. I went to Dr Beveridge for a routine screening in 2020. It was the first time I'd ever seen her. I have no skin cancer in my family and have never been one to lay out in the sun. She found a mole that looked suspicious and told me I could have it off now or come back for a recheck in a month or so. I opted to have it off so I wouldn't have to return. I saw Dr. Beveridge for a routine mole check and she was great! Everyone including her staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Beveridge made me very comfortable, she was very thorough checking all of my moles, and she took the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely continue seeing her for my future Dermatology appointments.
