We have had service with this company for about 15 years and have been happy with the service and the service techs; however, this week we received a letter saying they were cancelling us because we are in an area that they "don't have a large customer base in our area". Not only did they cancel us, they sent the letter at the time our service should have been rendered. Nice notification, Mar-Von. I will not recommend them in the future but then they don't want any customers in my "area" anyway.
