Frank is a jerk!! He came by my house for him to determine whether I need a new garage door or can just replace the panel that was ripped. He was supposed to get back to me with an estimate and garage door suggestions but never did. I called him after a week and he said that I could either replace the broken panel or the entire garage door and would drop off a brochure with a picture of the garage door he recommended.
