I'm a client and had a very dirty experience that I'd like to explain to save others the bad outcome. My colleague booked a mobile notary, was not given a quote, the notary arrived, we signed, then was asked for $350 (this was first time for quote) after job was complete. Now I've used mobile notaries plenty and a local notary (Mar Vista to Hawthorne) is usually $100 or so. $350 for a single signature and a 20 minute drive is highway robbery and attempted extortion to not disclose price until after job is done.
