Very clean, and very maintained mall.
Mark was my landlord for 9+ years he was great! He fixed things timely and i got most of my deposit back. He was very fair with any repair and issue that arose. I do wish i never left Mar and Mar, i have had nightmare landlords after another afterwards. But Mark was fantastic honest and straight forward.

They are the most deceiving unethical property management/real estate company I've come across. They lied to me in terms of returning my deposit. I left the place spotless. I had pictures and videos. They even told me that it was very clean. But then they decided to withhold the deposit. "Take us to court" they said.
