Mars Investment has been the most unreasonable landlord I have had to deal with. Please think twice before signing a lease with this company as promising as it may look. The portfolio manager, Dale Pedroche, cannot be trusted. There is a lack of professionalism and as nice as he is when trying to sign the lease contract, once it's signed he does nothing to help you. BEWARE!!!
