Last year, I visited this dental office because I was experiencing severe tooth pain. The two receptionists were very kind and attentive to my situation. After I explained my symptoms, they helped me complete the necessary paperwork and arranged for the dentist to examine my tooth. Following the examination and X-rays, the doctor explained that my tooth was cracked in the middle and could not be saved. He recommended extracting the tooth and replacing it with a dental implant. Avoid at all costs!! My mom went to get a cleaning, and they made her get a filling for a small cavity and damaged her nerves. Find another place!! Very very inexperienced dentists. We would sue for the pain that they caused for A FILLING? but it’s too much of a headache.
Zero stars left several abrasion during cleaning. The dentists swept my safety concerns under the rug. The staff refused to provide my medical records.And Zero stars for Dr XU he was abusive and he allowed his dental assistant to cause several abrasions to my teeth. I Do Not Recommend. I ask Jacklin for my records. She did not send them. So I ask Dr. XU he was rude dismissive and did not help me obtain records.
