MAR represents some terrible properties. No security, homeless, drugs, theft, TERRIBLE. Run don't walk you see MAR....
Not off to a great start. On move in day all I received was the code to my unit. Not given gate codes, not set up to access fitness center and other common areas, no mail box key, no map of this large community which is confusing to navigate. This is how you treat a new tenant? Fortunately, the maintenance manager was able to help me with all of the above. He was surprised I hadn't been given access to all those things.
This place is ridiculous. They don't answer the phone, so talking to a human is few and far between. They base everything on credit scores, so if you've have had a death or divorce and your credit score drops, they'll never approve you to live on one of their properties. Sold a mobile home recently (cash offer) and they wouldn't approve the buyer because their credit score was under MAR's limit. This will be our first season doing business with Mar Management at Silverado R.V. Resort. So far the process has gone well. We will see how the winter goes.
I've only been doing business with Mar for a couple of months but all interactions have been satisfactory. Very organized. Looking for to doing business with them.
