The best dactor ever
Poor professionalism from the medical assistants. They didn’t follow up, and I had to call almost every day. I’ve been waiting for my CPAP medical equipment for over two weeks because the order was not placed correctly. The medical assistants disappeared while Dr. Arshad was on vacation, and the clinic staff said they don’t know when he will be back in the office.

This doctor wanted my family doctor to prescribe daily asthma meds. Family doctor said the pulmonary doctor is to subscribe daily asthma meds. He said that's because my family doctor "doesn't like me" and I had that family doctor for over 30 years. He also sent two letters of correspondence to my family doctor and refused to copy me on the letters or send me a copy which I respectfully requested to be sent to me - he refused.
