this was a horrible experience, went to continue pain management, as the clinic i was seeing had shut down and directed patients to other clinics, i was told my pain was no worst than the doctor that visited me for 4 min, and told to buck up, we all have pain, but pushed injections as that was where he made his money, did a few injections, which caused sever pain, leading me to an emergency room for further help, than told i did not need pain meds, as it could interfere with a woman's reproductive system , i am 56 yrs old , ... read more

I went to Maps Pain Clinic for epedural injections, all went well for a few times, The last time I went he hit a nerve! It felt like lightning shooting down my legs the pain was so severe! He was a Board Certified doctor which I don't feel means a thing! He just walked away and didn't say a word and never came back to check on me. i will never go there again! Since them I can hardly walk the pain in my legs in so painful all the time.

Terrible experience! Starting with the receptionist taking all my paperwork (which, per their request, I'd completed ahead of time) and asking me the questions anyway. This was all done out in the open at the reception area for anyone to hear. No privacy or consideration. This continued throughout my entire appointment. With several people, at different times, coming into my room expecting to find a different patient. Many times my door was left open, I coud hear discussion about other patients. My name is Eric Mitchell I was four minutes late for my appointment yesterday. I drove a hour and a half it was greatly appreciated cuz I suffer in pain and as I write this I'm in serious pain can't go back to sleep cuz it, also to put this in there some lady knew I was going to be late she said that was fine.. Brian D Vacca sad to say he's MD – I would bore you with a long story but not worth the breath let's say if you would like to wast time and $$ going to get less than standard treatment go to MAPS and see him and his unqualified staff I do know for a fact that one of the staff is a high school drop out straight out of a gas station and for Brian D Vacca he is a far from a true MD To me and many others maps and there MDs are a true JOKE please don't wast your time

Run From HIM as FAST as you can! – FROM MIKE MCMANIGLE: I saw Dr Vacca for the first time for ten minutes in November 2010, at MAPS Maple Grove clinic. I have previously been diagnosed with bulging discs in my neck and lower back, problems with both my shoulders, and fibromyalgia. My primary doctor had been prescribing oxycodin for pain relief.
