Danielle the coordinator from the Keene office is extremely rude . I tried to pay a bill for several months and was unable to reach anyone and sent emails. When Danielle finally called me she lied and said she emailed me which she did not and proceeded to tell me how she can’t understand how other clients haven’t had an issue . I have emails and call logs that both my husband had been trying to call and reach someone with no return call . We will never return to Maps and will not recommend to others because of how rude the s... read more
