Ms. Mapp is a piece of work!!! She's fraudulent, manipulating, deceitful, condescending, & irresponsive! She's also, equipped!! She has a team of crooks that she networks with & recruits for! Be very mindful of dealing with her!!! I'm starting a investigation against her company & the people she networks with, & possible class action suit & petition to shut her down!!! She wants to be famous... let's make her famous... she's despicable!!!
This company is the worst of the worst. Completely unresponsive. Was not looking to give my security deposit back at the end of move out when I ensured the place was clean and in better condition than when I moved into the apartment. They help rent from the address: 1033 3rd st Santa Monica, CA 90403. Do not rent/lease from them as they are not forthcoming with information and are not trustworthy. I did end up receiving my deposit two months after move out and after countless phone calls, going through a mediator and emails.... read more
This company is very unresponsive and takes minimum 6 days to answer questions. Pretty disappointing and I don’t recommend renting from them.
