Don’t do an application process, definitely agents that oversell their properties. I paid 55.00 for nothing after seeing the place it was not a fit for me. Agent informed me the application would be pulled but that was lie. It’s sad people are looking for somewhere to live. And companies like this will take advantage of your desperation.

Martisa is excellent on what she does. She was a good listener working with her was very easy and smooth. she was knowledgable, helpful , patient and pleasure to work with iI definitely recommend her if you are looking to relocate.

Beware, this leasing agent, company is dangerous. I , we, placed in a disgusting studio, misled, workers never completed, landlord/owner neglected property, little to no maintenance, shocked with burst pipes within weeks, flooding, chronic holes in walls, cockroaches, bees, dangerous mold, all overlooked by Mapp Realty. Even worse, when expressed security issues, the bizarre response from Mapp was, " don't put it out there and it won't happen." i.e. breakins. 2 tenants jumped ship, got money back.
