Great work!
Called recently in search of a trauma therapist. Called during business hours multiple times, and they don't even have a receptionist to answer your call, or human being to speak with. With mental health being such a serious issue, it's shocking that they don't have anyone to speak with you when you call for help. They literally expect you to leave a message and "get back to you" within 24 hours. Completely ridiculous.
