I purchased my second new vehicle from Maplewood Toyota. I found after getting the car home it didn’t have the hitch assembly I had talked about with the salesperson while in the ordering process multiple times. Upon discovery I was met with a general well you should’ve seen it on the v-spec. Not an unreasonable statement but then to be met with a lackluster unhelpful attitude afterwards kind of soured me a bit. I was told the shop would then reach out to get pricing to have it added. We recently had new tires installed and a wheel alignment done at this Toyota dealership. For the past few weeks, my daughter kept telling my husband the steering wheel would vibrate around 70 mph.
