Very professional and I appreciate not being rushed.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. When I called inquiring about chiropractic care for my son's recovery, the person who answered the phone was incredibly unprofessional. He didn’t even greet me with the business name. After I confirmed I was speaking with the chiropractor's office, I explained my situation, and he bluntly responded that he "was not interested" in assisting me. I always Love my time at Maplewood Spine and fitness from the front desk to the chiropractic treatment I get is awesome always I also love that Dr Eastlund takes the time to listen and Achieve results he also goes over beyond and above by sometimes giving out exercise exercises to keep the problem you might have in check the service is always Highly recommend and appreciate this Gem of a place
Dr. Greg was completely inappropriate, my sister will never be back. The appointment took over an hour, 5 minutes of which was spent doing her adjustment. Before she got on the table the doctor gave her countless referrals based off of his assumptions and not the information given. The adjustment was filled with inappropriate conversation topped over stepping boundaries.
