I RENTED FROM THEY FOR ONE YEAR WHEN I WAS LEAVING I INFORMED THEM AND ASK THEM HOW LONG BEFORE I GET MY SECURITY DEPOSIT THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL MAIL THE CHECK IN 45 DAYS WHEN I SAW 45 DAY HAD PASS I CONTACTED THEM ONLY TO TELL ME THEY DONT HAVE MY MONEY IS THE OTHER COMPANY AND STORY UPON STORY RIGHT NOW AM GOING THROW THE COURTS. Stay AWAY!!!!!!💯 and they never want to fix anything the places are like dumps
I am still in my rental. And this company is absolutely amazing to my family. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone in search of a rental home.
This is place is joke if for some reason you are stuck renting from them save your receipt i had to miss work twice because of their record keeping they tried to rip me off for over 300 dollars and after we took them proof and set there for an hour they decided to call it even then six months later they tried it again this time they became rude and again where proven wrong so beware if your thinking of renting from these people there nice at first then try to screw you
Maplewoods property management is a joke. They refuse to fix anything and instead let their tenants go without heat/water/necessities. They try scamming you for money that you don't owe, and will refuse to show you original copies of utility bills to prove the balance. The old man who works there will put his hands on you while the girl behind the counter will smirk and say she didn't see anything.. This is by far the WORST place to rent from.
