Threw out my coffee and muffin without asking when i told her oops i left it on the table, couldn't understand colors or what I was asking for, used a nail file on my skin to clean up areas of dried gel polish she was too sloppy to take care of before. Couldn't do a flower even though its literally on their Google reviews and i showed her the photo. Honestly worst experience.
Today was my first time at this shop, and I had the absolute BEST experience with Honey Bee! She did a fill on my hands, and when I say she understood the assignment… she really did that! My nails look flawless, and the design is absolutely beautiful. The shaping is perfect, the details are so clean, and you can tell she truly takes pride in her work. To the lady that did my nails they were chefs kiss. To the lady who did my pedi I’m sorry I was being difficult. But mostly I’m posting the pic of my receipt because I got so many sur charges. when I came back a few days later to get them removed another customer was being charged $18 for gel polish. Which made me speak up about the charges that I had received.
