I hate to leave a negative review because the staff at this salon is genuinely kind and welcoming. However, this is my second disappointing experience here, and I feel compelled to share. I typically do my own Gel-X nails and have for two years, but with my wedding coming up this Saturday, I wanted to treat myself and save time. Hit or miss, you need a license to do a pedicure, perhaps she needs more training the polish was as though this was her instead time doing one. I was going to get a manicure but the guy stated he was gonna do the manicure, by the time he got ready for me while I was sitting in his chair he had went to take a smoke break, it was so heavy I couldn't sit there and smell him so I declined the nail part.

I waited three hours for the worst nails of my life. None of my nails are the same size. They forced me into doing french tips and they're crooked and take up a third of my finger
