Couldn't be better!!! Over the last 14 years I've purchase two new boats, had numerous repairs done and recommended people to Maplewood Marine. Not once have I been disappointed by having someone tell me of a bad experience. They have stuck to the estimates or called me before proceeding if there was going to be a change and have consistently been on time or ahead of schedule with their service. Maplewood Marina has been a strong advocate in helping Lake Phalen Community Rowing serve the underserved youth of the area. They are helping out our new rowing club by offering the safe storage of our truck and trailer. I am so glad we have a great association with this company. We can’t thank you enough.

The guy knows his Johnsons. I've brought my boats to Maplewood Marine on several occasions over the years. I've run used Johnsons for years and the main man at Maplewood Marine could get and keep those Johnsons hummin.I brought my latest boat there for winterizing and storage and it has a Mercury four-stroke on it.He winterized the Merc and wrapped and stored my pontoon at a reasonable rate.No problems. He may not be warm and fuzzy, but I'll take that when I know I'll get competent and timely service.

called to get answers i called to simply asked if they have a website so i can check out their inventory. some guy answered and said "no" harshly. i then asked if they sell used boats and what they have in inventory because right above it states that they sell used boats. He then again said "no we dont do any of that, just service" in a very annoyed-like manner. it was a simple question and in all return i just want a simple answer.

Great service I have dealt with the folks at Maplewood Marine since the mid 80's. They have answered every reasonable question that I have ever asked and tried to help me with the problem over the phone when that might work. I have always had prompt and courteous service. They got me back on the water sooner than I thought possible and this includes some major repairs. Maplewood marine ???? I've tried to deal with this dealership a couple times I own my own business and if I spoke to people the way that they treated me (once in person and once on the phone) I would not have any customers. If I'm correct it was the owner who pretty much threatened me and said to come down there or give him my address and he would take care of me and not in the way a customer would want. Great help Two years ago, I picked up an old boat and motor from 1961 that ran but wouln't hold mixture settings. The guy at maplewood not only figured out what parts I needed, but took me to the shop to show me how to make the repair using a similar model they had opened up. After the 15 minute install with less than $10 in parts, it ran like a champ. Now there's a fuel delivery problem under load and I'm headed back. Great guys. Five stars in my opinion.
