We were recommended y a builder's agent to approach Maplewood agency. We approached acqueline. We initially purchased a block in Melton but the buider's representative said that the house plan we had wouldn't fit the block that we had signed on. Jacki was considerate and was able to switch the purchase to a block that had a 12.5 forntage with a depth of 32m. The builder''s agent said that was a preferred block. We are going ahead with the purchase and by next April/May 2026 it will be titled and we would proceed to settle it... read more
