UPDATE... my concerns where addressed the next day. The office administrator, Kelly, was great with communicating and I will be given a free cleaning with one of the regular hygenists that I've seen in the past. They explained that during summer and people on vacation some of the regular hygenists are away. They also assured me that I will in the future be booked with the regular hygenists.
