Nice place with great grounds. Well maintained older complex. Friendly community. Pretty quiet too!
Our experience here has been very comfortable and convenient. We feel our family is getting a pretty good deal for what we're paying. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is because I'm pretty hesitant to declare anything "perfect," and my wife would really like to have in-unit washing and drying (though hauling the laundry is also some of the only exercise I get, so it's probably better for me in the long run). Charged me a $1000 deposit, and then told me I wasn't approved. Refuses to refund the deposit, also this cost me additionally over another $1000 in non-refundable deposit I made to a moving company. Refuses to answer my calls.
Absolutely the worst . Do not rent here !! Takes forever to get things fixed and the agents aren’t up front about contracts / very busy street , drag racing nightly . I had things stolen from my apartment and nothing was done . Look elsewhere .
