I referred a colleague this morning to clean his car. The website states $30 for wash and inside cleaning. The staff told laughed at him and said $40. He agreed to pay the extra $10. After the cleaning the staff told him it $60 and that he never said $40. It was a very disappointing experience.
RecommendedBest customer service!!!! My car was egged (Halloween pranksters🙄) and then sat in the sun baking most of the next day. Ran it over to the guys at Maplewood. They got this! Applied a special solution and a LOT of elbow grease to remove that baked on omelette. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 💗👏🏻🚗 -Heather
Had a bad experience there with them losing my back seat floor mats and the manager treated me like I was a crook. I made several trips there to see what they were gonna do about it and the manager got more increasing more aggressive. I paid a lot to have the interior cleaned and when I noticed the 2 floor mats from the rear floor were missing they took no responsibility for it. Consumer beware.
I was cut in line today by a very crude man. The staff handled him professionally telling him to wait his turn despite him yelling and screaming obscenities at me and the staff. Thank you for not only doing an impeccable job with my car but also being a grade A class act in the face of such a horribly behaved person.
I could literally hide from the cops at Sunday now! These guys ROCK!
While waiting in line we loved that they drew a picture on the window my daughter was sitting at with washable expo marker, we thought that was a fun added extra 😄
Went today to get rid of the salt and ended up doing the interior too. The employees were friendly, quick and efficient. My mini van looks great. I’ll be back. Thanks
We thank you for the Birthday Bath today. So shiny and clean we went to the movies and out to dinner! Great job and we will return! My husband loved it and looks forward to his Birthday Bath in the fall! 🚘
Maplewood Car Wash ... where the cleaning is badly done and when we complain we have to pay more. Unfortunately there is no other place in glouceste to clean the cars better.
