I moved out of this complex over a year ago and received a $0 move-out balance statement. I kept all documentation, assuming everything was settled. Then, over a year later, I received notice from a collections agency claiming I owed money with no prior communication from the property whatsoever. I repeatedly asked for an itemized list of these so-called charges, and no one could provide one. The office staff was either unresponsive or outright dismissive. Would not recommend living in this apartment. Management is unresponsive to requests, hard to deal with, and weirdly power-tripping. Additionally, they fake ratings to bolster reviews.
Leasing team is super unprofessional and do not live up to the brand name of Greystar. Good price and everything just make sure do not cross path with the leasing team. Worst property management by far
[EDIT] I don't live here, but I've heard from my friends that they've been screwed over by double-talk their management does.
