I would give 0 stars if it was an option. This place is so poorly ran.. they say they are remodeled units, but done so cheaply, it looks awful.. I could do a better job with no experience and my eyes closed.. Good luck on getting anything repaired. I moved in and the bathroom ceiling was missing, they never finished painting, the carpet on the stairs were different colors, the a/c unit didn’t work and the windows were broken.. air was just coming complete through them.. I have a daughter that just moved in to the so called remodeled apts...First off the remodel is cheaply done.. 2nd 950$ for rent and you can't even get stuff fixed properly... 3rd You can never get a person to meet you or call in person.. Everything is said in text messages... There is alot of miscommunication.. This place is poorly ran.. I would give it zero stars...
Have lived here for about 3 years now and have enjoyed the layout of the apartment, space and location given that it's so close to town. Would've given the complex 5 stars but to be honest don't appreciate the random, hostile and somewhat threatening notes left on everyone's doors now that it's under new management. I'm sure the apartment manager is a very good and kind person but the contents and overall severity of most of the notes left on all tenants doors I feel is very abrupt, menacing and sometimes downright rude and ... read more
