If I could leave a negative star I would! Slum lords own this place! I really can’t believe they do not fix things that have been broken for over a year! Not to mention in the units. People cannot even use the sliding doors to get to their decks! Broken promises of fixing things only to continue to make promises and still waiting for them to be fixed! How frustrating! Hello! I cannot recommend this company enough, reasonable pricing for a great space and so helpful in my searching process! I had Patrick help me with recommendations as well, and despite my hesitation I found our conversation so helpful with making wiser decisions and feeling comfortable with proceeding forward! I went in last week to inquire about an apartment and I was blown away by the level of professionalism from the office staff. Patrick's kindness and energy mixed with Lynette's knowledge of apartment availability and kindness and sense of fashion from the both of them was the light of my visit. Unfortunately, there were no 3 bedrooms available, but my visit was everything.
