I moved into this apartments 3 years ago and i couldnt be happier. The office staff, including maintance are the nicest people ever. They genuinely care about the residents and make sure everything gets fixed promptly and fast.
Very good administrative staff. I’ve been living here for three years Lynette and Patrick have been the nicest and hardworking office staff that have been here since we moved in. Whenever we have needed maintenance on something in our unit they have been very quick to repair it.
Lynette and Patrick are very good managers and they do their jobs very well. And Lynette makes sure she goes up and beyond for us. She is very speedy and keeps her word!
I really love living here! The residents are super friendly and I felt welcomed immediately 🥰 And Lynette in the leasing office has been so helpful from start to finish. I moved here from an apartment that was $600 more a month than this place and I don’t miss any of the extras they were charging me for. Maplewood Apartments is a great bang for your buck.
BEWARE, this place will tow your vehicle for an expired tab even if you have a tab coming in ( I had a visiter pass) This isn’t the first time either my other friend got his vehicle towed because they “couldn’t see his visitor pass” and they will make you pay a couple hundred to get your vehicle back. Great way to make money off visitors, they could easily let you know since we have to get a visitors pass to park there in the first place.
