This apartment complex is a hidden gem, close to the Brea Mall, nice restaurants, and Downtown Brea. The landscaping is neat, with mature trees, and curving walkways. Of the apartments I've called home, this is the nicest by far. Very quiet, with a very pleasant on-site manager, Cassandra. Thomas, head of maintenance is hard-working and accommodating, working quickly to solve maintenance issues.
The management here is very poor. The house number is only written on the door. If you want to go to the door of each household, you can see that the font number of the building is very small, only one side has a number and is trees. Occlusion, delivery here will enter the maze
Looking for apartments and this place is actually very descent! Looks clean inside and out! A little pricey, but worth it more than other places and talked to current neighbors, they really enjoy living here! Check them out y’all!
