Terrible experience. My wife had a procedure at RVH, and her surgeon gave us a couple of pharmacy locations for her to get her pain-relief ointment made. We dropped it off in the afternoon on our way home, and they said they'd call us when it's ready. Around lunch the next day, I called to check in and get a timeline as she was in pain. They said "we'll call you within 2 business days when it's ready." I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy! The staff goes above & beyond each & every time I deal with them! They give old school customer service! Strongly recommend!
We switched from Shoppers where we didn't know anyone anymore and they didn't know us. Mapleview staff seem to know us, answer all our questions and offer suggestions to help us manage a variety of situations. We are very happy there.
The team there is amazing. They helped transition pharmacies with ease. So professional and clean atmosphere. Great pharmacy
I had a disappointing experience at this pharmacy. There was no greeting or acknowledgment on arrival, and the pharmacist’s attitude felt cold and dismissive. I was made to wait almost half an hour despite the pharmacy not being busy. I am from the pharmacy field myself, and in all my years of work, we never treated patients this way.
