Mapleview Home Inspections completed a inspection on my home I was selling for a buyer. After the inspection was completed I noticed a panel on my wall had been broken off completely, exposing behind the wall completely. I also noticed some of the trim under my side door had been broken, causing the door to now catch on it, resulting in more damage. I reached out to them regarding these issues but they did not take any responsibility, and they have now left me with damage to my home that I need to fix.

We used Shawn to purchase our new home in June and would certainly recommend and use his services again. Our home is 15 years old, on well and septic. So, there was certainly things to look out for. Shawn was on time for our appointment, didn’t rush the inspection and explained the report to us thoroughly.
