Never had a bad experience, great wait staff and great food.
Its nice and friendly(depending on the waitress) as well as service. Water for soda and coffee has a funky taste but food is good.

We used to love going to Mapleview for dinner. Over the last couple of years things have gone downhill. Tonight's meal took almost 45 minutes to come out while we watched several tables that ordered after us get their food before us. My burger was over cooked, fries were under cooked (even though they were almost black), and my burger was missing its toppings. When I paid the bill all I got was sorry, not a let me take that off your bill. Only reason for getting as high as one star was that our server was pleasant.
