We obtained rental assistance with patient help from Amanda in the Melicorp front office. She made sure all the i's were dotted, t's crossed and we're grateful for her able assistance and that of the maintenance staff with their timely and thorough work.
Maintenance does not respond to major issues in a timely fashion. Very disappointed to be stuck in a 1 year lease
Be aware they charge you for the water and the bill is extremely expensive,without a report of how much water you consumed
Not fair paying rent and not able to stay in your house because they haven’t turn on the heat. My daughter have a baby and the apartment is too cold for the baby so she can’t stay here. This is not legal to have the heat off still I check with the NJ law
Do not move here !!!! This used to be a nice place to live when previous owners owned it. They were very friendly and professional. The new owners are very rude and unprofessional. They do not repair anything. They ignore maintenance request. Some apartments are infested with mice and roaches. They are now forcing people to pay 50 dollars a month for water without a legal/physical water bill like we previously received.
