The landlord of this property is not professional nor timely. We had confirmed prior to move in that any fixes needing to be done to the property would be fixed in a timely matter. Upon move-in, we found the entire dishwasher was unusable with its racks rusted into sharp spikes, the hooded range didn't work, there was food stains on the walls, the carpet wasn't vacuumed, and the fridge wasn't running properly. The building is beautiful and the property is well-maintained. However My friends just moved in and the house wasn't cleaned before they got there. Its been 2 weeks and they are still scrubbing food off the kitchen walls and cabinets from the people before them. Jon clearly did NOT clean or do a walkthrough with the previous tenants. He never painted or cleaned the carpets. He never fixed the tiles in the bathroom and they still are missing important paperwork that he refuses to give them, that they can only receive from him... read more

We saw "luxury townhome" and were extremely excited to move in here, however that quickly ended after the move-in. Upon moving in we found pages worth of issues with the property, most of which have not been handled despite being brought to the landlord's attention. The previous tenant informed us that the carpets had not been changed or deep-cleaned in the time they had lived here (7+? years) and that clearly didn't happen before we moved-in either, as we had to empty our vacuum out multiple times in order to even get our f... read more
Our landlord (Jon) is not very responsive or great with anything to do with the property itself. When we first moved in we had noticed that none of the before-move-in-cleanings/walk-throughs had been done. The carpets were not even vacuumed from the last tenets, as we spent hours of the first day of moving just vacuuming/cleaning the house before we could even move our furniture in.
