I have lived at MapleTree apartments for 3 years.. This is a nice apartment complex where the office staff and maintenance staff are concerned with the well being of their tenants and the up keep of the property.. if there is fighting is because these young girls cant control their boyfriends who are living their units without being on the lease. the first people to complain about the staff are the same people that are breaking the rules!!!! yes police officer are at the apartment complex because of the disburbances caused b... read more
Many ppl enjoy living here....anyone that doesnt enjoy it they should move...i mean its that simple....i think its a beautiful place....lots of very nice ppl and the office and maintenance staff are very nice.
Good luck living in this complex. I have a young mother with a child and it isnt a good place to live. The apartments will not give her a parking sticker and if her car gets towed the apartments gets money for the tow company. Oh then there is the fighting going on in the halls all night long. Now its tires getting slashed not just one but all 4, on many cars . So if you are thinking about living here think again, its not fun or a safe place to live.
