An easy place to clear your head. There are grills and picnic tables on site. It's not too crowded even on a weekend. We'll be coming back.
Since living in this complex 3 years- Ive had multiple packages get stolen. My neighbor was stalking me (he left notes on my door AND SHOWED UP TO MY WORK) . My motorcycle gets stolen in my sleep. No cameras on the streets, residents have Ring cameras but dont want to help. NOT SAFE
Friendly atmosphere friendly staff
I currently live here and the fencing around the trash can has been tore down for almost 2 months now . I’m unsure if the trash people knocked it down . But the panels sat there in the parking spot before someone picked it up and placed it beside the trash can instead of fixing it . They go right past it everyday.
I just moved out of Mapleton Square after having lived there for 2 years. Instead of apologizing when they screw up, management frequently blames me for their mistakes. On top of that, last summer they took three or four weeks to fix the AC in my apartment when the temps outside were 90+ the entire time. Now that I've moved out, they're wanting to charge me a fee for damages to the apartment but refuse to respond to me when I reach out for an itemized list of damages.
