Jacquelyn was very knowledgeable about the process leaving no stone unturned for me. I had visited many other places prior to showing up and by far my best experience was with her. She made me feel very welcomed.
Maintenance is the great here. I greatly appreciate all they do.
I've been a renter here for going on 2 years now. Instead of apologizing when they screw up, management frequently blames me for their mistakes. On top of that, it's the middle of summer and my apartment hasn't been cooler than 75 degrees for two and a half weeks as of writing because they're dragging their feet fixing my central AC.
