Friendly atmosphere friendly staff
I currently live here and the fencing around the trash can has been tore down for almost 2 months now . I’m unsure if the trash people knocked it down . But the panels sat there in the parking spot before someone picked it up and placed it beside the trash can instead of fixing it . They go right past it everyday.
I just moved out of Mapleton Square after having lived there for 2 years. Instead of apologizing when they screw up, management frequently blames me for their mistakes. On top of that, last summer they took three or four weeks to fix the AC in my apartment when the temps outside were 90+ the entire time. Now that I've moved out, they're wanting to charge me a fee for damages to the apartment but refuse to respond to me when I reach out for an itemized list of damages. when I first moved in her 2 years ago , it was a wonderful experience Jacqueline “Jackie” was sweet . Once you have singed you lease , her and Donte are the only two who are constantly in office . This is the worst place to stay . They do anything for u to sign your lease. They don’t answer any question you have ever , there constant response is to review your lease as if it’s not there job to help you .
