l wanted to share my recent experience with Dr. Zina Lyuboss. She was filling in for one of my family member's primary psychologist. As a family member of someone with mental health issues, trying to talk to her to schedule an appointment caused me distress. I felt ridiculed and uncomfortable by the accusatory tone that the doctor was using.
