RecommendedThey are quick to get my boat in to be winterized. I make the 45 min drive to Mapleton Marine rather than use my local dealer.
Did not fully disclose that there relationship with premier pontoons
I reached out to Josh while I was deployed to purchase a new boat. He was very responsive and worked with me on ordering one. They let me ship my mud motor there and installed it for me. He made the process very simple and easy.
absolutely not.. I bought a boat earlier this year it didn't want to start or run..I took it to mapleton marine have them check it out and rebuild the carbs.. after 2 weeks of it being there and not hearing anything I stopped and was told it would be ready by friday June 26. so i stop in on that Friday to pay for the repair. Paul and I were so excited to buy a pontoon! So we went right to Mapleton Marine on a recommendation. We thought buying local would to be to our benefit. However, our experience has been a nightmare. We bought a brand new South Bay pontoon. We have had nothing but problems with absolutely no follow through from our dealer! Electrical problems: battery terminals not tightened, electrical issues with gauges, radio will not play, and “master” switch is not a true “MASTER “ switch for everything. Am in the process of buying a new pontoon. Josh has been really helpful in making sure we are getting the options we want with this purchase. Have had work done at this dealership on other boats we have had and the folks do a really nice job in keeping those boats on the water.
